ONLINE GOWN PURCHASE 

Gowns purchased online require 16 weeks for construction.  When ordering your gown please ensure you allow enough time for the construction of your gown and shipping. 

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with duties, taxes or customs where applicable. Customers are also responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to a wrong address so please be mindful when entering delivery information and ensure this information is accurate.

 

DOMESTIC

We offer postage Australia wide and ship express with signature via Australia Post. Please contact us for an estimated quote.

Georgia Young Couture also offers a pick-up option from our Carlton Boutique at no cost. Pick ups are by appointment only.

INTERNATIONAL

Georgia Young Couture ship with DHL Couriers for all International orders.  All gown orders incur a shipping fee of AUD$200. Fabric samples incur a shipping fee of AUD$10.

All rates are in Australian dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). Customers shopping in Australia are required to pay Australian GST at the current rate.

We take no responsibility for incorrect shipping details. If incorrect details have been submitted we suggest that you contact us immediately via email.

Delivery address cannot be changed or cancelled once order(s) has been dispatched. 

JEWELLERY

Australia wide : $15 Australia via Australia Post (signature on delivery)

International : $90 via DHL (signature on delivery)

Once your items have been sent, you will be emailed your tracking number.


RETURNS

Georgia Young Couture does not offer any refund or exchange on any gown as they are made to order. 

Georgia Young Couture takes exceptional pride in the quality of our services and products. Should you receive a faulty or damaged product please email us with images and a detailed description of the fault. From here we will assess whether an exchange or refund will be issued. 

Unless an item is confirmed to be faulty, we regret postage fees and rush fees cannot be refunded. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. 

JEWELLERY

All jewellery sales are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If you received a jewellery item which you believe to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@georgiayoungcouture.com within 20 days of purchase. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition.

Due to the nature of gold and silver plating, the finish may rub off or discolour over time. This is natural wear and tear and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
